about setting avast5 updates

Why everytime I want to set avast5 updates in settings as manual update. It says system not secured.  :o
I really want manual update because if it is set to automatic when the computer is full load of applications especially when gaming then suddenly avast updates sometimes my computer freeze. Fix this in future updates please.

There's nothing to fix..!!
Go to: Settings - Status Bar - Uncheck the automatic update option...
