yes i seen in control panel.i have adobe flash player.it works in IE,opera and mozilla but not working  in avast.

Actually, no... there's no chance it'd work in IE like that. You need the ActiveX Flash version installed.

That's not the ActiveX Flash.  Download from the link that I provided above or from http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe.  They are both the same versions and are from the publisher, Adobe.

AMD A6-5350M APU with Radeon HD Graphics, 8.0GB RAM, Win7 Pro SP1 64bit, IE11
i7-3610QM 2.3GHZ, 8.0GB Ram,  Nvidia GeForce GT 630M 2GB, Win7 Pro SP1 64bit, IE 11
Common to both: Avast Premium Security 19.7.2388, WinPatrol Plus, SpywareBlaster 5.5, Opera 12.18, Firefox 68.0.2, MBam Free, CCleaner

Absolutely unrelated (and horribly outdated) junk. Kindly click the link above, install it and move on.

@ krypton: for your own good, update your system or ask someone to help you to. You're running a flash player version that's a few years old. I guess Windows wasn't updated either for ages (if it ever was) do that too ;)

That ain't a player, that's actually a flash editor. Version dated before Adobe ate Macromedia... I.e., ages old, totally unmaintained and definitely multivulnerable. Also makes me wonder - well, if people have software installed the purpose of which is unknown to them, wouldn't it make sense to better uninstall it?  ;D

You need to Uncheck use SSL/TLS in your email programs email account settings (this bit of the error Port : 25, Sécurisé (SSL) : Oui,) and let avast handle the STARTTLS command.

Thank's  ;D That works!

Any idea why now I am not able to scan outbound messages? It worked fine before update to v 5.0.545 today??  comcast.net-Outlook 2010-Win7 64bit  same settings before reboot--guess I can just keep it unchecked!

Thanks,

Thanks,

Moved: Thanks,

it worked fine because you were not using the mail shield, and for some reason now the mail shield proxy creates ssl entries when the mail client is still on ssl (a probable bug in the latest build). Now if you want things to work, just follow the instructions that were given to you in the other thread http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=59534.0 or shut down the mail shield.
