possible virus centrodo?

just purchased avast for my system, i have avg free running/malwarebytes/anti'malware. somehow i picked up this possible virus, not sure. i popo-up a triangle in desktop icons, saying i'm infected-then a display to download run this program says it's windows mircosoft, but i think not. beacuse after i hit the close a million times it disappears, but continues to pop-up everytime i start comp. please help not that comp smart. ty

sounds like a rogue security program. Does it have a name ?
Did you update Malwarebytes before you scanned ? can you post the scan log
