Windows 7 Error - report format invalid

Hi all,

I just installed Windows 7 Professional. I have Avast 4.8 Pro.

Since i installed Windows 7 my action centre reports an error with Avast. The error says...

"avast! antivirus 4.8.1201 [VPS100-507] is on but is reporting its status to Windows Security Centre in a format that is no longer supported"

What do I do, i have updated but the error still shows?

They latest build of the 4.8 version is 4.8.1368, at least update to it.
Or even better update to the 5.0 version..!! Latest build here is 5.0.545.

Yes I figured that. Did it, updated the virus definitions, problem solved.
