Can't create a ticket

Oct 8, 2009 I purchased Avast Pro. I have my emails and ticket info, but when I submit a trouble ticket it says that my email address is not found in the Avast database. I purchased it, and can't upgrade. This is a nightmare. Certainly not what I expect from Avast.

Why do you need to use that email?
Did you try to add your license file?
