avast pro sandbox

avast sandbox is not working on Internet Explorer!  :( and when i run virtualized firefox browser, it closed firefox after a few minutes (30 to 45 mins not sure) >:(
help please? :( ???

btw:sorry if my grammar is wrong  ;D ;D

I am not familiar enough with the sandbox feature to be of practical help but hopefully someone will post some help soon.

thanks vladimyr, IE8 w/ sandbox is working now, but not firefox ??? :(
