hi ive tried searching this forum for help with the ashcmd program i have avast pro 4.5 and my friend tried to tell me but only told me something about using dos and it will load up or something, but if you can help me that would be great thanks.

What exactly do you need to know? I recommend reading the ashCmd.exe section of the avast help file.

ya i read that it didnt help me much i need to know how to use it, it didnt give me much help at all just to type in some @perimiter or something but i dont know i just need to know how to do a can on my memory before everything loads up.
