I have avast! 4.8 installed on a Windows XP laptop. I am unable to establish an SSH connection to my home Linux server using either WinSCP or PuTTY with avast! running. It is necessary to stop the service all together to get my outbound connection through to my server.
Is there a way to unblock this to allow access without stopping the service?
