Hello
I have a virus in my quarentine. If I put delete this itens in the quarentine the virus go out?

Yes, it will.
But be sure it is a virus, it's also safe to keep it in the chest...!

Virus can't go out of the Quarantine (Chest).
You can delete the files there, but it's good to keep some time (weeks) to prevent a false alarm and then you can restore the file (if it is really clean).
