My ashServ.exe sometimes jumps to about 80% CPU slows my computer down to a crawl for about 10 seconds and then returns to normal.
any ideas on what ashServ does? and how I can stop it from doing this?
Thanks

Some tips:
1. Do you use any P2P program? Try disabling the P2P shield.
2. Is the VRDB already generated? Try disabling its generation to see if it helps.
