New Avast IS 5.0 (Build 5.0.578) out ! :)

Hi there,

just want to say that the Build 578 is out now (got it over the update-function) - obviously they are working on the tracert-function which doesn't do its job when the firewall is set to the highest security setting.

It gives an error ("Die GeoIP ist fehlgeschlagen Fehler: 0x20000004") when trying to get a tracert.

At least they're working on it

There was no accident.
Build 578 is a beta I sent to two translators; so if anybody was still using an old beta version and didn't update the program previously (i.e. still on the beta stream), he might get 578 now.

An official beta will be available soon when the known problems are fixed; this build was only meant for checking the translation (e.g. the problem with non-working GeoIP there is known).

I believe Igor's response explains it.
