Thank you. But is not that "only" the antivirus? I need(ed) a newer Registry Cleaner that I have.

Anyway thank you all for your help! This is a great community.
I am going to reinstall the OS right from scratch. This is going to be the last chapter of this story (I hope  ;D).

Hi!!

I can suggest u a Registry Cleaner for future use. You can revert back the changes even after cleaning as it creates system restore.
Try Advanced System Optimizer that along with the Registry Cleaner also have Registry Optimizer and many other utilities...can giv a try.

I reinstalled the OS and other stuff. Now everything is OK.
