   » This is a huge change with impact on a whole product. Please watch any UI crashes or not working pages.

Known issues:
• Offline installation on Win XP without internet connection crashes, this scenario will not be supported anymore

Avast AV Beta-Version [17.4.2293]

Changelog/Fixes:
• Fix of crashing installer during VPS update
• Samples detected by File System Shield are now correctly moved to quarantine
• Firewall profile is correctly recognised also when you connect via different adapters
• Fixed several setup crashes
• Fixed problem with loading windows profile after AV update on Win10
• Avast updater now correctly checks disc space during update
• Fixed websites blocked by fw port scan detection
• Fixed webshield causes corruption when dowloading large files
• Fixed IE browsing sometimes freezed for a few seconds
• Fixed firewall component turned OFF after update
• Fixed vairous crashes in webshield and fw

Known issues:
• Offline installation on Win XP without internet connection crashes, this scenario will not be supported anymore

• updated GUI engine
• fixed notification of finished Smart Scan, now it correctly shows the results instead of starting the scan again
• fixed several crashes in Web Shield (including corruption of large downloaded files)
• fixed crashing during update of virus definitions on 32-bit OS
• viruses detected by File Shield are now correctly moved to quarantine
• firewall profile is correctly recognized also when you connect via different network adapters
• fixed problem with empty windows profile on Windows 10 after avast update
• right-click explorer scan now runs in main window

Avast AV Beta-Version [17.5.2295]

Changelog/Fixes:
• Crashes in installer during VPS update
• Update GUI framework renderer - libcef
• Fixes in licensing library

Known issues:
• Due to changes in driver signing, this beta may fail to install/run on new Windows 10 x64 devices with enabled secure boot. If the issue occurs, disable secure boot temporarily. It is going to be fixed in next beta.

Hinweis: This is more service release. Internally, we did major change in our internal infrastructure which should improve release and development process.
