For what reason are the options removed to change particular settings under the predefine scans 
Or is this the way how Avast plans to implement restoring the default settings.
It has been always like this.
The reason is that if somebody writes here (or on tech support) that he's running a "Full system scan" (for example), we can be sure what settings are used.
You can always create your own scan, right?

In the next program update. It's not such a critical error that it would deserve another program update itself... it can wait until the next update (even a few months).
