I.E. is greek to me, so I couldn't say for sure.
Posting some system specs will help others help you, though.
OP System, 32 or 64bit, other security programs, virtual/sandbox programs, etc.
If you have not grabbed it, a program update just came out, that might help also.
You can update from the maintenance section of Avast! UI.
You could also try a different browser to see if its something related to IE or all browsers, if you have not already.
