Hi,
I'm using the latest version of AIS (594) and Win 7 Home Premium 64bit.
I have just installed the new version of VLC Media Player and re-started my pc.
Everything's okay but after a few minutes while browsing the web I was alerted
by the action center (i think i saw a small pop-up) that my avast has stopped
working (action center and avast both have an x mark).
Looked into avast it says that the anti-virus has stopped and i should click the FIX
button (didn't press it yet). Looked into the Event Viewer and saw the 3 avast services
stopped - Anti-Virus, Mail and Web Scanner. What I did was I just restarted again my PC
(didn't press the FIX button) and after restart the services were up and running and
so far didn't stopped.
My question
in the Services / Recovery Tab can I change the settings for avast that
if it fails just restart the service?
