Internet connection impossible with Avast 5

 Hello,
used Avast 4 until the discovery of Avast 5 that I have downloaded, until this moment I 've never had any problems with this software but now lorsqu'Avast 5 is in service I can not connect Internet (to do this I need to disable all agents) .... from where my question: why?
-I connect via Firefox Is this the worries
-I have removed the other antivirus
-I have disconnected my firewall (the Windows)
-I have loaded the latest version of Avast 5
-I' m on XP SP3

Or tell us your settings there, if no SS possible...
Also tell us about other security related software on your machine...!

What is your firewall that you did disable ?

Maybe try "Detection automatique"

Now go in internet and if your firewall ask for permission then allow and tell me back if its did resolve.
