Avast antivirus won't start after reboot

I am sorry I can't find "clean.txt", only .txt file I found is "readme.txt".

I feel pretty stupid now... I saved the file in Thread Killer and I will run it. Every time I need to open Internet explorer, I have to reboot PC. I will post logs once done.
