First off im poor and i love Avast i tell everyone to dump Norton Macaffee avg and all the other garbage AV software out there and use Avast. i have used them all wasting money. i used Avast for a few years and never got a virus yet ... I upgraded to the Pro on my windows... but im tired of windows and am going to linux mint soon for my home computer..
I have a Clan site on a linux self managed cause i cant afford a managed one .... i am 4000 KM away and im learning Linux real Fast....
1 i have uploaded the tar file and un tared it ...i have read the install file and have done that ... but i have no server desktop or graphical interface so its all by commands... im an old dos user but linux is way dif and like i said its new to me...so im asking if there is a better detailed No0by install directions so i can figure out if i have it working ...
2 cant tell if it updated...
3 cant tell if it worked and i have it installed right ...
4 is there a way to have it show up in the plesk control panel?
