So, I can't enter my order because the web site says my zip code (USA) doesn't match my city. Well, that was corrected in the zip code database years ago.
I go to the customer service to report this. I answer the questions with drop down choices that basically say I want help with ordering and it is submitted. WHAT?
No chance to tell them WHAT I want to report. So that is a true waste of time.
Obviously, you should get a new company to process orders. Really.
