Help! Problems with ashoutxt.dll

The plug-in (ashoutxt.dll) for outlook 2000 doesn't work. The system says no sufficient memory or the file is not present. I controlled the presence of that file and also the memory capacity, everything is ok!
How can I solve this problem?
