I have the free Avast on my other computer but it will not remove the rouge anti virus malware or whatever it is.
It is AV Security Suite

I keep getting these viruses, Antivir Solution Pro & AV Security Suite.
Why doesn't Avast stop them?

I ran Spybot in safe mode & it got rid of them.

Malwarebytes PRO is very good at stopping these, a one time fee for a liftime license
