I would say with what your signature already shows you should be in good shape. Just monitor the signatures of other senior forum users and see what they are using, but don't get carried away, you can get too much of a good thing and you don't want to become a slave to your security applications (keeping them up to date, etc.).
WinPatrol has a free version (I'm using the paid 'Plus' option) keeps an eye on your registry and a number of other settings to notify you of any attempt to change.
