Exchange 2007 SMTP sessions blocked due to limit reached
« on: August 03, 2010, 06:12:44 PM »
Hi,

For one of our client.

We deployed the Netclient (managed) to the Exchange 2007 server.

After few days, no mails were sent via the SMTP connector to the Internet.

Testing the smtp to a target server (telnet mail.domain.com 25) we discovered that avst was reporting a session limitt error, hence the email flow being on hold.

We stopped the mail Scanner task and the queues were resumed and messages were sent to the Internet.

What is the default value for the number of sessions ?
How can we change this default value ?
Do we have to change it on that specific server or could we manage it from the ADNM console ?

Thanks
