Avast 5 scan result

hiya,new here and 1st post,avast scan result show,
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\AUTOEXEC.NT error file is offline it is currently unnavailable (42006)
C:Windows\winstart.bat error file is offline it is currently unnavailable (42006)
this is a windows 7 premium home edition 64.are they a threat,cheers H
