Could someone please tell me what this is?
biprep.exe in C:documents and settings\phil\local settings\temporary
Win32:BiSpy ( trojan)
i have it in the virus chest. not for sure what to do with it.

not sure what it is, but it looks like its in a temporary directory so I would just delete it

File biprep.exe is related to adware A Better Internet. (spyware)

Thanks for all of everyones help! Thought it was safe to delete but wasn't for sure. Better safe than sorry!!
