You are telling 13th that he "disgraces Russia", which more or less means that you are going to judge the country by his behaviour, or that you think someone will.

Also, you have no rights to threat 13th with ban.

Judging the country by behaviour of one-two persons is plain dumb.

I judge not the country but the person's behaviour.

Look around. There are murderers. There are thieves. There are maniacs. There are other criminals. And you say a troll disgraces the country.

A troll is an ugly beast (see attached picture) , no matter where he comes from and under what bridge he is hiding. Trolling and luring never brought any good. It is not so important where they come from, the most important thing is not to feed them. Never feed a troll, else they feel rewarded and keep on trolling,

 on-topic: I personally never saw any spam which stayed more than for hour. International boards, however, can be a bit difficult to check. imho selecting a coupld of mods for that board from people who frequently visit it could fix this problem.
