You should also be able to get to it from here:http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-US -- best used in IE, but you need to turn ON your Security Center for MS Updates to get the automatic updates. I know you had a problem with this in the past, so check this again.
