Can't Install AIS 5 on XP

I am unable to install AIS 5 on an XP machine.  It was previously running Avast4 Pro. XP Service pack 3.

The install proceeds to the restart point. After restarting, I get a quick blue screen and then the system reboots. I am able to start in safe mode and remove the program using asclear5.

I have attached setup.log.

I'm going to try and reinstall 4.

Version 4 installed, updated and running fine.
