Avast, Vista and Cisco E1000 Connection Issues
« on: September 17, 2010, 01:45:39 PM »
I have the router mentioned in the title.
Ethernet connection works fine, and laptop with AVG works great.
BUT avast on other machine refuses to let me connect to the router in anything but "local" (no outside connection to the internet) mode.
Is this a common problem?
Is there a solution?
Thanks

This is the correct topic for this, as it is relates to the suite in avast free/pro/suite title of this sub-forum (the one in the general forum is incorrect). Unless you are talking about your post.

@ shelleybear

Unfortunately I don't use the AIS version so I can't help on this one.
