Hi, I just updated to the Pro version of Avast 5.0.677. Most programs work, with the exception of my Vista gadget side bar. I also cannot open my G-mail or Yahoo mail.Everything on the left column of IE opens except for the mail. I can load Google but the mail won't open. I'm using Vista Home Premium. Thanks for any suggestions you might have.

OK I am having a slight problem.  When I tell avast! Free to update on either button it 'hangs'.  The program seems to still work but I can't seem to manually update.  I've rebooted and that don't see to work like it did before. :-\

It always seems to 'hang' on

Initializing, please wait...

It's a very minor bug to be worried about.
Better upgrade to the new version :)

This has been covered many times I can't understand why you haven't noticed it.

With 64bit OS versions there are currently no 64bit rules for the behaviour shield, so you are unlikely to get any statistics even if it is running. This should change in avast 5.1 as far as I'm aware there will be more Behaviour Shields rules for 32bit OS and 64bit OS should be included.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.2.6105 (build 24.2.8918.824) UI 1.0.799/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security
