ADNM Change in Resident Task

I have made a change in the Resident Task; I added folders, and file extension to exclude from scanning ( On-Access Scan). I have two questions:

Question one; When do the change I made in the Resident Task from ADNM take affect on the Client? Do I have to redeploy the Client, or will it be pushed out?

Question two; How can I verify at the client that the change I made, are taking place?


I have read the ADNM Administrator's Guide and I have not found either of my question (answers) in the Guide.

the client makes contact (standard) every 45 minutes i believe with the ADNM
at that point it will also take the policies that you set
