  I am a home user.  I have received a message saying my subscription has expired but I'm sure this cannot be correct. I have also received subscription information giving an unknown email address regarding who it is licensed to.  I'm not sure what I should do???

Do nothing right now... It could be a fake email.
Check avast > Maintenance > Subscription window.

If the file is too big for the forum, post the last 400-500 lines of it.

2000001C: It means license banned. Remove avast, install the free home version and don't use any of keygens again.
