Pop up saying Trojan Horse Blocked

I tried to find this but didn't find anywhere else even tried to google the infection name.

here's the details it showed

Trojan Horse Blocked
Object: cant see the full address (I can see //dnsreview.in/news/index.php?c=on&p=118&showtopic=av&c=disabled&past=redirect
infection: JS:Downloader-ADB[Tri]
Action: Connection aborted
Process: C:\ProgramFiles\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe

I tried to google the infection name but doesn't seem to be picking up anything. Can someone let me know what this is?

If you dropp the version ending and just google " JS:Downloader " you get lots of hits....

so is it something I need to be alarmed about? I keep getting the pop up everytime I log onto Facebook and i also had yahoo opened on firefox but i just get the pop up when i load facebook
