an unusual problem i encounter

Hi,
Let me tell you some unusual problem I am facing these days.

I subscribe avast! 4 Home Edition antivirus program. Every time I open my computer I see one or other virus warning appear through avast warning, even when I did not open internet explorer. As usual following the option for deleting it completely it seemed to be removed. Next time I open again the virus warning comes back inevitably.

For example just now I got the warning as follows

Win32:NcaseSpy[Trj]
In H:windowsrabktqh.exe.tmp

and i have automatic update of avast VPS version 0432-2 08/04/2004

Can you please help me with advice how to get rid off from this problem?
