No more internet after install AVAST 5.0.677

Hello SafeSurf,
it was difficult to wait day after day to have this computer ready.
So I tried to install AVIRA, and ... everything is Ok.
I'll try anyway to make this minidump

SafeSurf, PLEASE, continue to work on that problem, I have EXACTLY the sam problem with my customer!! She has payable AVAST and Internet stoped working!!! At the end, after few days I uninstall Avast and install Avira... don't ask!!! But it's not right, if she has purchased version.

Information about your customer's system?
1.   What is the OS, 32 or 64-bit?
2.   What version of Avast did you install?  5.0.677? 
3.   What product of Avast did you install?  Pro
4.   What other security software do you currently have or did you have in the past on this machine including antivirus (AV), firewall (FW), and other security programs (resident and on-demand)?  If they were in the past, how did you remove them (the vendor's uninstaller's tool or another way)?
5.    What is the Firewall and is Avast blocked by the FW in anyway?
6.    How is the machine connected to the Internet?
