Create de server installation package

Good morning,
I have an ADNM installing correctly Netclient on all my PC on the LAN. But I would like to create an install package to install on Server (Windows 2003). How can I create and add it ?

Under Deployment tasks, right click and choose create new.  That will give you an option for creating a MSI package.

Once that is complete, you should create a deployment task just for your server(s).  Include the different providers that the server may use (such as exchange or sharepoint).  Then, change the deploy options for that task.

Some of the things that I do for the server installs is obviously not have it reboot immediately after install.  That could be bad, depending on what server it is and what time of the day.

The problem is that I don't have SERVER insatll package in the Deployment tasks. the only package available is : Client installation package. I have the serverinstall exe file how con i use it in the ADNM ?

Here we go again:

You don't need the server install package.  The ADNM console can download the packages that you need by itself.

Just open your ADNM console and login.  Create a new installation package (look on the bottom left of the ADNM console for "Installation Packages".  In the right pane, you should see your client package.  Just right-click in the blank space of that page, and select "Create New" or use the file menu Task > Create Task.  Name it server or something.  In the drop down box, select the NetServer edition.  You can then click edit and choose what providers that you want.

Once done, create a new installation task, name it server install or whatever.  Then, under the "install" section of THAT window, select the server installation package that you just created.  Change any other settings that you want and click ok.

Then, use that new deployment task and package to deploy to your server, just like you would with your clients.
