<snip>
I asked DavidR & you to recommend one since both of you

complained about me using IncrediMail.  Where's your recommendation ???
<snip>

1. I can't ever recall having told you that. I don't really care what email client anyone uses. Just that some by the way they work have problems with avast if you use backgrounds and smilies, etc (and you have said you don't) and if you are trying to insert clean notes into incredimail.

2. had you asked for a recommendation I would have responded, but for the most part I wouldn't have been able to give a personal recommendation (and would have stated that) as I have been using OE6 as my signature states from when it was released and it serves me well. I have tried thunderbird numerous times, but it has rarely lasted more than a few hours on my system as it doesn't suite my usage.

So I'm happy to stay outside of your bun fight with YoKenny.

DavidR,

I just went back and found the thread where all this started.

You came in between YoKenny's rant about IncrediMail & me

with info about bouncing mail, I got the two of you mixed up.

I apologize for the mix up.  The info on bouncing is appreciated.

I am testing Opera 10.70.

I guess it the fastest browser in the world at the moment

I think it is because Opera don't have to focus on addons and just focus on the core

Personally I think Chrome is faster vs both IE8/9 & Opera10 both on XP & Vista 32bit.
