i cannot find license key after i upgraded to avast!pro 5

i had 4.8professional edition and i did have the license key,it wasn't expired either.i remember 701 days are left till the registration gets expired.now i have upgraded to avast!5 pro edition,but the main window says that its in trial mode and will expire in 30 days.i tried acquiring the license key but it cannot find it.what should i do?

Hi, try resending your license key here. Your license will be sent to your customer email.

If you had installed avast! 5 on top of avast! 4.8 it would have read the license info from the old install

is there no other way?..can't i just somehow revert this upgrading? i mean to get the license key on my computer?..th problem is i don't have the customer email address.

That's because you are using a cracked serial. There is a free version for a reason you know.
