Have you tried this ?

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.46 http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
always run update before you scan so you have the latest database
click on the remove selected button to quarantine anything found
you may post the scan log here

Malware'byte find some mistakes and delete this but after reboot, avast find again io3yalc.exe whose try to connect internet in order to download other malware. Avast stop connection, delete this file but it reappear again later..

I've 2 pc (XP SP3) whose are infected bur my netbook with 7 is safe!!!

yes i've already tried MBAM in normal mode but, i wrote in a forum that MBAM is able to detect easier worms and virus in XP safe mode because there is less softwares in mémory (like virus to...)..

This worm is a new one..it's been detected 4 days ago...

I hope avast will be efficient in few days to solve this Pb..
