Firstly thanks for the excellent product 'Avast' It has kept me safe and fended of virus's for 9 months now.
I am interested to know what happens when a virus submission is received at Avast.
Also you obvously work 12hrs 7 days a week but during weekends and Bank Holidays do you (Virus researcher) have to 'stay in the office' or work from home (Eg virus submissions fowarded to your home address). If there is a major outbreak then is everyone called back in to the office?
Just wondered how you and other AV Vendors work.
