Avast not appreciate customer
« on: October 23, 2010, 06:45:15 PM »
In regard of the respond i get from this thread http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=65394.0 i totally disappointed. It seems to me Avast don't appreciate customer. Maybe you will lost one customer today, and maybe it means nothing to you because you have billions already. But maybe you loose one today, i believe you will loose many if you keep like that.

I just want to say, thank you for protecting my computer all these time, but now i am looking for company that appreciate their customer.

Bye.

Good luck finding one - Every Security is the same as Avast! ;) But just more bad, cause Alwil lets customers from 4.8 upgrade their to 5.0.

You didnt listen, now bye bye.

Obviously this thread is going in the same direction as the first one...especially after the posts in the last thread were after a solution being posted.

The simple facts are:

1. Support for avast! 4.8 will end soon.
2. If you choose to update to avast! 5 then any valid license you have will still be valid to use on avast! 5
3. There is a way to remove the pop up however you have to remember that it is down to you to update.

Now I think this thread should be left, and locked...before more conflicts arise...

When you find a company that does more than Avast! in appreciating, supporting and protecting it's customers,
please let me know. I haven't found one yet and I've been around a long time.
Have a great day.  :)
