hello. i tried installing avast you sent to me but after installing.when i refresh my internet, it goes to page not loading amp! why do i cant access internet after installing new avast pro antivirus

did you run a removal tool after uninstalling ESET so all leftovers are gone ?

avast pro is an antivirus only.
AIS is a suite (antivirus + firewall).
Of course, AIS is more complete than only the antivirus.

You can only have one av at a time otherwise you will have problem's, you need to uninstall your ESET av first and then use the removal tool that Pondus has supplied in the link before installing another av. No you cant run both version's of avast at the same time either, AIS has the firewall included but if you already have a license for pro this is the one you need to download.
