ADNM mirror problems

My mirror status is:

Mirror status: Error, check mirror.log

After running mirror.exe in order to update it the process quits with error:

20.10.2010   14:38:32.000   1287578312   general   Return code: 0x20000011 [The package is broken.]

I am not sure what to attempt here.

This is a fresh installation of ADNM and Avast SBS on Windows Server 2003 SP2 With MSSQL 2005 avast is runnning its own instance and the server seems fine with SQL setup.

There is no proxy server or firewall that I am aware of. I can access the internet fine on this system and the ADNM is able to see all other network computers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

p.s. i forgot to mention that hte whole reason I cam across this error is while trying to create a netclient installation package which tells me that the AMS mirror server was not initialised properly.

Do you have a web filter in place?  Such as Barracuda or iPrism?
