ADNM-RC1 install problem

When I try to install (a fresh install) ADNM-RC1, I have this error when i launch "setup_av_mgm.exe":

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application.

My OS is SBS 2003.

I also try to download another copy of installation.

Any help?

Please download the latest (RC-1a) version (same links). It will solve the problem.
