Whilst it makes it easer to get the data I mentioned earlier, it doesn't pin down which process within svchost.exe that is eating the CPU%.
Process Explorer will do it.
You can expand for details of a particular process.

Yes it shows the collective CPU for that particular svchost.exe occurrence, but doesn't drill down to split out the processes within it and what they are using and that really is the problem.

Already saw with all those programs but all the processes are ok and belongs to Microsoft stuff. But i think exists one or maybe two processes waisting 50% of CPU continuously . But... which one(s)?

So... and sorry if i'm looking quite annoying, this problem doesn't have a certain solution for now? :-\

Cause having one or two process(es) waisting 50% it's kinda bored and affects my Computer performance...

I can understand your frustration - Unfortunately it is notoriously difficult to pin down excessive use by svchost.

I agree with DavidR.
Only shows the list of services but not what which process is spending.

By the way... this only happens (the consumption of 50% CPU) when i turn my Internet On, when i'm online or when i turn off the Internet.

Yeah, DavidR... but what can 1 person do? If solution doesn't exist, one person needs to try to find one, right?

And i want to say one thing i said earlier: This problem already happen one time. Disappeared. The reason for the disappear? Unknown.

You're right, my fault.

Maybe running it as admin, trying to dump the process with Process Explorer... I'm not sure.

A mini or a fulldump?
Full, if it works.

Why are not sure about it?
I'm not sure you're able to dump svchost.exe process. Maybe it crashes the machine, maybe it even works... (i.e., the dump is not generated). Try.

any luck?

i usually use the guide at blackviper.com of services
to figure out if i can disable any services or just place them on manual (which wont stop the services, they just wont automatically run at startup)

FINALLY I FOUND THE PROBLEM!

Using Resource Display i checked what service was wasting the CPU (in my case, iphlpsvc) and i turned off successfully that service. Windows still worked fine after that.
But... when i rebooted, the problem appeared again (i did all the same stuff and worked) but i'm trying to get a program to fix that.
My computer is running smoothly now.

Thanks to all Avast forum Users, mainly: Tech and DavidR for trying to get a solution for my problem.  :)

And... AVAST 4 EVER!  :P

You're welcome, I'm happy you found the culprit, not an easy task.

Thanks for the feedback.

So... yeah.

Stopped the iphlpsvc from restarting after reboot and already rebooted some times and until now it's everything running OK and smoothly.
Resource Display it's really useful cause shows how many amount of CPU every service is spending, so i find very easy to solve the problem (iphlpsvc it's not essential for the good work of the System, as far i know).

Anyways, a big thanks for everyone who tried to solve this annoying problem.

Ok... So... i'll keep come here to keep update with this nice and friendly avast! community.

All for now,

Well a little look around and this iphlpsvc (IP Helper Service) is related to IPv6, which isn't essential yet, when IPv4 the current method of assigning IP addresses is replaced this will become essential. Hopefully by then it will be a little better behaved, as it seems to be causing some issues with CPU usage, but not as much as the 50% you were having, see iphlpsvc problem gen info.

After all, which is your firewall...
ipv6 shouldn't give you any trouble with avast and/or other firewalls...
