avast! External Control (link in signature).
Run it and use
avast! Status Info and when you see lots of info about avast! simply click button
Dump to log. New file will appear on your desktop with almost all info regarding avast! instalation and current status.
Then simply attach that log file to next post you'll write here the same way you attach images.
This way we'll be able to get all info in one snap to help you faster.
