Now that options is ignored, but the one thing that does seem to still have an effect is setting the Active Hours so it is way outside of any possible conflict with work.Windows Update > Update settings > Change active hours - mine is set at 14:00 to 22:00 (Maximum 18 hours). Or you could try the Restart options > Schedule a time - I have this turned off.I don't know if that first option could have helped you in conjunction with the second option.
