I installed ie9 beta and it made my account on my computer lose access the windows search feature so i remove ie9 and did a system restore.  Any Idea why it made me lose access to windows serach on the start menu?
in my experience using IE upgrade is good if it is in complete download but if it is in beta it is dangerous
for the reason that IE is the essential component of Window and if anything is change there is a chance that some program will not response to a command. unable to connect to internet because of insufficient code about your system.
the net will not respond to your system because your system is in unidentified state.

if you wand upgrade of IE much better to wait for a full package to avoid damage in your system.

I did not have a problem with that.  8)

As you are not using Windows 7 then please do not offer advice with it.  ;)

Quote from Mr.Agent,  ....". I think they should introduce a way to choice which programs to install and update in the setup.

Mr.Agent, you can just install the part's that you want, i only installed the mail section of window's live 2011 on my main system and the mail and photo gallery on my other system.

When i installed the installer of IE9 i clicked save and than i saved it to the desktop. Than i Right Clicked it and click on Properties Than clicked unblock program. Than i of course installed it. than i tried the windows start menu search which didn't work... Microsoft people should make it a optional update with windows update for us windows 7 users.

I did a system check on my computer and for some reason i can't install a beta version of ie with out a program or a windows feature messing up on me.. I guess i will have to wait for the full more stable version of internet explorer 9.. I am getting my computer re formated Monday. and it will come pre loaded with McAfee Internet Security again...  :) but my computer will be a lot less glitchy. :)
