bong2x, you would need to have something more than xp to make that assumption  ;D, there has been very few problems with ie9 and none on my end.

Maybe you dont use it but more people use explorer than any other browser and with all the new feature's in ie9 plus full hardware acceleration it is looking like gaining an even bigger share of the market.
I think opera is only something like 2% of the market so it's more like who want's to use opera :)

Most people that use IE do so because they don't know there are better browsers.

Often when I ask someone "Which browser do you use?", I get "What's a browser?"

People that use Firefox use it because they think it is an OS, they regard extentions

as programs they download. ;D ;D ;D

I will probably upgrade to IE 9 when it comes out of beta.  I will do so for the security updates.

IE's security weaknesses weaken Windows OS's.

I sometimes use IE 8 on 7 64bit as I'm testing the Adobe Square Flash Player Beta for 64bit IE.

The only other time I use IE is for logmein.

I tried the other mainsteam browser's and kept coming back to ie especially ie9 but i still prefered ie 8 to the other browser's as well.
Firefox started slowing down alot and crashing now and then from 3.5 up to 3.6 for me and from what im reading in the reviews the 4 versions are slowing up more and people are leaving firefox in there droves, i never trusted google ethically enough to stick with chrome and opera wasn't to bad, quite fast as well but there was just to much going on in that browser, it needed to be simpler. But everyone to there own, i mainly just stick with ie because it does everything i need and it's simple :)
